Roz Olson General Contractor and Laura Yaccarino Principal Broker are the team behind the beautifully crafted homes constructed by Blue Mountain Builders (BMB).

In Construction for over two decades Roz is an experienced and gifted craftsperson. She founded Dimensions Ceramic tile and stone in 1988, and subcontracting for many of the finest home builders in Ulster, Dutchess, Orange and Putnam counties. Roz has a love for houses and possesses a Bachelors of Science from U-Mass, Amherst. She studied engineering for 3 years at Dutchess community college, taking architecture and drafting classes.

Roz formed Blue Mountain Builders with Laura Yaccarino in 2000. BMB is a small hands on business which makes the process of designing and planning your new home or addition a pleasant experience. You will be dealing directly with Roz and Laura about all matters regarding your home. Cost and material decisions will be made quickly and dependably. On your job site Roz or Laura will always be sure the details are finished flawlessly.
