We will meet with you and show you several of our home plans and find out what you would like to have us build. Our architect or yours can then draw up the exact home you would like.
If you are looking to purchase land Laura is a licensed MLS Broker. Familiar with the requirements for new construction she can direct you to the most desirable and workable parcels.
If you already own land we will work with our engineer and the Department of Health to get your BOHA approval for a septic system. We will also get together with the local building department and help you acquire what ever permits are needed. |

One of the special talents that we take pride in is placing your home in the optimum location on your land. This is done with two considerations in mind:
